Shame on CTVEA for posting a promotion for frre hook-up and then charging a mentally disabled person for the hook-up.  When asked how many outlets do you have she said three which meant she had 3 places for a tv she wanted hooked-up.  Cable TV of East Alabama charged her a hook-up fee because the person working had to come back again.  Shame, Shame on CTVEA.
